fanfara (trans. brass band) Fanfara is a brass and percussion group of up to 12 musicians. They have been playing together since two of the group visited Zece Prajini, Romania, home of their friend and teacher Calin ‘Sulo’ Constantin, of Fanfara Ciocarlia, in 2003 and 2005. As a group they have studied with Naat Veliov and the original Kocani Orkestar, musicians from the Boban i Marco Markovic Orkestar and three of them have visited Belgrade and Vladicin Han to study with brass players.
